This course covers anatomical principles and pathophysiology of Cranial Trauma. All major issues related to emergency management, critical care, decompressive procedures and reconstruction are explored over 3 days of interactive sessions. The program also includes evaluation of recent treatment methods and trials in Neurotrauma. There is a module of practical training on ICP monitoring, decompressive and reconstructive procedures. Case based discussion during the course links the lecture material and practical skills with the clinical problems encountered in real practise.
